Children can interact with Storypod through multiple age-appropriate ways - lovable yarn-figurines called Crafties, read-along books, magnetic tokens, adorable plush, and interactive learning cards - that trigger immersive stories, music, learning content, and personalized recordings.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Influencer Marketing Lead to expand and optimize our influencer marketing initiatives for the launch of our second generation player this Q4, managing both our in-house strategy and external influencer agency to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and collaborate with our influencer marketing agency to secure high-quality influencer partnerships and campaigns
  • Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with overall marketing and brand goals
  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with new influencer partners across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Oversee contract negotiations, deliverables, and performance tracking of influencer campaigns

  • Analyze campaign performance, produce regular reports, and optimize based on data and KPIs
  • Coordinate influencer content with broader marketing initiatives, including product launches, social media, and brand collaborations
  • Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing

Our Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media campaign management
  • Hands-on experience managing agencies or external marketing partners
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Experience negotiating influencer contracts and understanding performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to optimize based on measurable outcomes
