We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Influencer Marketing Lead to expand and optimize our influencer marketing initiatives for the launch of our second generation player this Q4, managing both our in-house strategy and external influencer agency to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and collaborate with our influencer marketing agency to secure high-quality influencer partnerships and campaigns
- Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with overall marketing and brand goals
- Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with new influencer partners across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Oversee contract negotiations, deliverables, and performance tracking of influencer campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance, produce regular reports, and optimize based on data and KPIs
- Coordinate influencer content with broader marketing initiatives, including product launches, social media, and brand collaborations
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing
Our Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media campaign management
- Hands-on experience managing agencies or external marketing partners
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Experience negotiating influencer contracts and understanding performance metrics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- A data-driven approach with the ability to optimize based on measurable outcomes
