Job Summary

The Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for building, scaling, and leading influencer and creator partnership programs. This role develops and executes strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, audience growth, and revenue objectives. The position requires strong relationship management skills, contract negotiation experience, and a deep understanding of social media and creator ecosystems.

This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, legal, finance, and social to ensure seamless campaign execution and compliance. The position operates in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead influencer and creator strategy aligned with brand and revenue goals

  • Source, vet, and manage influencer partnerships from outreach through campaign recap

  • Write creative briefs, manage approvals, and oversee campaign execution

  • Negotiate talent fees with agents, managers, and creators

  • Partner with legal and finance teams on contracts, approvals, and payment coordination

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and industry partners

  • Manage campaign budgets and track program spending

  • Present talent recommendations and partnership strategies to internal and external stakeholders

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights

  • Identify emerging trends and competitive opportunities

  • Collaborate with social teams to amplify influencer-created content

  • Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines for influencer campaigns

Qualifications

Education:
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience

Experience:
3–5 years of experience managing influencer marketing or creator partnerships, preferably within beauty, fashion, home, or consumer-focused brands

Skills & Abilities:

  • Experience negotiating talent contracts and managing campaign budgets

  • Strong understanding of influencer and social performance metrics

  • Proven ability to build and maintain creator and agency relationships

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including brief creation and concept pitching

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, legal, and finance teams

  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and social-first content trends

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

  • Strong interest in shopping, creators, and social media culture
