ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a rockstar Affiliate Manager to build and scale our affiliate and influencer marketing programs from the ground up for two DTC brands - a healthy lunch kit brand and a new human-grade, air-dried food for dogs. This is a hands-on opportunity to build affiliate marketing engines from scratch. While the brands are new, they are backed by experienced founders and have early traction, clear positioning and a strong team. What we're looking for is someone who can architect and lead a performance-driven affiliate strategy that delivers measurable results. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who wants to shape strategy from day one and grow alongside two exciting new brands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and manage affiliate programs across two early-stage DTC brands
• Source, recruit, and onboard high-impact creators and partners
• Develop and execute whitelisting strategies in collaboration with influencers
• Partner with our creative and growth teams on launches, promos, and seasonal pushes
• Handle tracking, attribution, reporting, and payouts
• Continuously optimize the program to meet revenue and CAC goals
• Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special project tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in DTC affiliate and influencer marketing
• A proven ability to build programs from scratch and scale them
• Strong understanding of whitelisting, performance tracking, and partner management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deep interest in health, wellness, or lifestyle categories
• A test-and-learn mindset with a focus on what drives results
• Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
• Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
• Ability to work in US EST time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
• Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
