This is a remote position.
We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager based in the Philippines to lead and grow our influencer campaigns across platforms. This role blends strategy, execution, and relationship management—perfect for someone who understands creators and results-driven marketing.
Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns from outreach to reporting
Identify and build strong relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Develop briefs, negotiate partnerships, and ensure deliverables are met
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement and ROI
Collaborate with content, PR, and performance teams to align messaging
Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and emerging talent—especially in the APAC region
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or talent partnerships
Deep knowledge of the influencer space and key platforms
Strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills
Experience managing campaigns from start to finish
Must be based in the Philippines and fluent in English
Comfortable working remotely with international teams
