Scope of the Role

The Influencer Marketing Specialist (TikTok) manages the company’s TikTok Seller Center affiliate and influencer initiatives, with a focus on driving revenue through creator partnerships, LIVE shopping activations, and shop campaigns. This role is responsible for identifying high-performing creators, overseeing campaign execution, and optimizing performance to meet GMV targets. This position works cross-functionally to align influencer efforts with key product priorities and provide insights that support broader marketing and sales strategies. The Influencer Marketing Specialist (TikTok) is a member of the Brand team and reports to the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager.

 

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operations of Best Choice Products’ TikTok affiliate and influencer program.
  • Proactively recruit and onboard creators with a proven track record of driving sales in home, lifestyle, and seasonal product categories.
  • Vet creator applicants, negotiate commission structures, and manage ongoing communication and incentives.
  • Develop and implement influencer campaign strategies that align with key promotional periods and revenue targets.
  • Monitor affiliate application health, onboarding funnel, and creator engagement levels.
  • Manage TikTok LIVE sessions with high-performing creators and talent, both in-house and remotely, to highlight top-priority products.
  • Ability to communicate and partner with external representatives at TikTok, both domestically and internationally.
  • Coordinate livestream logistics, including product selection, talking points, promotional timing, and content alignment.
  • Collaborate with creators to ensure accurate product education and strong audience engagement during live sessions.
  • Analyze real-time and post-event performance data to optimize future TikTok LIVE strategies.
  • Track GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and affiliate sales performance through TikTok Seller Center and external analytics tools.
  • Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards that provide insight into campaign effectiveness, creator ROI, and growth opportunities.
  • Share actionable insights with Creative and Channel teams to influence ad amplification, product prioritization, and content production.
  • Continuously refine the influencer marketing approach through testing and data analysis to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to support long-term, high-performing partnerships.
  • Clearly communicate campaign goals, timelines, and deliverables while providing creative guidance and product training.
  • Ensure all creator content aligns with brand voice, product positioning, and conversion best practices.
  • Gather creator feedback and implement improvements to strengthen partner satisfaction and campaign results.
  • Partner with Creative and Channel teams to align on product priorities, launch schedules, and promotional windows.
  • Share performance trends, audience insights, and creator content feedback to optimize marketing messaging and product content.
  • Recommend and pilot new TikTok Shop features, tools, and betas to stay on the forefront of platform innovations and monetization strategies.

Qualifications & Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer, affiliate, or performance marketing—preferably within TikTok Seller Center or a similar commerce platform.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok’s creator ecosystem, commerce features, and TikTok LIVE best practices.
  • Experience with WhatsApp, Discord, Lark, and other community messaging platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple creator partnerships and campaign timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment with shifting priorities.
  • Passionate about influencer trends, content strategy, and short-form video commerce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite; familiarity with affiliate and influencer platforms a plus.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000-$80,000 USD annually. You will also be eligible to participate in BCP’s benefits and bonus programs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills and experience.
