Job Description

X-energy, LLC is seeking professionals to join our Corporate Communications team in the role of Manager, Brand Marketing. This role is responsible for leading and implementing X-energy's brand marketing strategy. This role will define brand marketing at X-energy and lead efforts to drive awareness of our brand, tell compelling stories about our work, and help shape how external stakeholders perceive X-energy.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and manages the brand marketing plan and processes for X-energy.
• Leads and develops strategies to increase brand awareness and supports efforts to enter new geographic and application segments and attract new customers, in alignment with internal stakeholders, including business development and executive management teams.
• Plans and executes integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement across priority audiences.
• Oversee the content strategy and editorial calendar for X-energy’s owned channels (website, social media, email, etc.).
• Coordinates the day-to-day work of external agency partners to ensure timely, high-quality, and brand-aligned deliverables.
• Maintains and updates brand guidelines to ensure consistent application across all touchpoints.
• Leads the development of creative assets in collaboration with corporate communications and videographer.
• Analyzes and recommends new marketing partnerships.
• Identifies external opportunities to promote X-energy products and solutions through various channels.
• Defines KPIs and success metrics for brand marketing activities.
• Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business, or other relevant fields.
• Typically, ten plus years in marketing or brand experience, ideally in energy or other B2B sectors.
• Strong grasp of brand strategy, storytelling, and campaign development.
• Excellent demonstration of communication skills, including working with technical personnel.

Location: 530 Gaither Road, Rockville, MD. 

Compensation

As required by Maryland and other applicable state law, X Energy, LLC (X-energy) lists the expected compensation range for a publicly advertised job opportunity based upon the job requirements (e.g. education/training, experience, skill sets, etc.).  Individual candidates who meet the job requirements for the posted position will be offered a salary within this range based on their respective levels of education/training, experience, and other qualifications unique to them.  Salary ranges may vary based on the specific office location and region referenced in the posting to take into consideration differences in cost of living and may not be reflective of all regions.  Please note that compensation ranges listed for US job postings reflect base salary only and do not include benefits or other incentives. 

A reasonable estimate for this position at the level of experience required is:

$114,000- $190,000
