Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Influencer Partnerships Manager to lead our influencer strategy and help scale our presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong pulse on the digital creator economy and knows how to turn influencer collaborations into high-performing campaigns that drive awareness, trust, and revenue.

What You’ll Do

Lead the development, execution, and optimization of our influencer marketing strategy to amplify our brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and build long-term community trust. You’ll be responsible for managing every aspect of our creator relationships—from sourcing and vetting talent to campaign execution, performance analysis, and scaling our programs for growth.

Your work will directly shape how customers experience our brand through authentic, inspiring voices in the wellness space.

  • Develop and own the influencer marketing strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels, aligning with broader marketing and brand goals
  • Research, identify, and build a pipeline of high-potential influencers, creators, health experts, and brand advocates who align with our target audience and core values
  • Craft compelling partnership opportunities, including paid campaigns, organic seeding, affiliate collaborations, content creation, product reviews, and co-branded initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts and set clear deliverables and KPIs, ensuring all collaborations are aligned with both brand standards and performance goals
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including onboarding, creative briefing, timeline management, content review, and cross-functional communication with internal teams
  • Monitor and measure campaign success using a mix of quantitative metrics (impressions, engagement, conversions, affiliate revenue, etc.) and qualitative insights
  • Continuously refine and optimize strategies based on campaign performance, platform algorithm shifts, and emerging content trends
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and creators, positioning our brand as a go-to partner in the wellness and lifestyle space
  • Own and scale our ambassador and affiliate program, identifying new ways to activate, engage, and reward high-performing creators and fans
  • Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure influencer content supports our overall brand narrative, tone, and product education goals
  • Stay current on platform trends, influencer marketing best practices, and competitive campaigns, bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

You’re a digital-first marketer who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You know how to balance the art of brand-building with the science of performance marketing, and you’re passionate about working with creators who genuinely care about wellness and healthy living.

  • 5–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media marketing—ideally within the wellness, beauty, or lifestyle industries
  • A strong network or proven track record of building successful influencer programs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
  • Deep understanding of social trends, influencer pricing, performance metrics, and what makes creator partnerships succeed
  • Experience managing both paid and organic influencer collaborations, including UGC, product seeding, and affiliate-driven campaigns
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills—you’re trusted and respected by influencers and creators alike
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns, creators, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable with data, reporting, and tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, influencer platforms, or affiliate software
  • A genuine interest in health, wellness, and creating authentic content that resonates with consumers
