Role Overview
Support the founder/CEO of two companies—an HR consultancy/media platform and an
early-stage AI startup—by amplifying brand presence, driving social media engagement, and
coordinating outreach to partners, podcasters, and media outlets. This role will focus on
content repurposing, social media strategy, outreach, and light admin, helping build
momentum behind book launches, podcasts, and the company’s evolving digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Marketing & Social Media
○ Repurpose book content, podcast clips, and articles into engaging posts across
LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
○ Draft and schedule posts; adapt messaging to fit each platform’s audience and
tone.
○ Suggest trending topics and new content opportunities; proactively prompt the
CEO with content ideas.
○ Track engagement metrics and provide recommendations for growth.
● Outreach & Brand Partnerships
○ Research and maintain lists of HR podcasts, influencers, and industry
publications.
○ Draft and send outreach emails/messages to secure podcast guest spots,
articles, and speaking opportunities.
○ Coordinate with podcasters, hosts, and industry partners on scheduling.
● Website & Content Updates
○ Support updates to HR Revolt and
AmyHR.com websites (posting blogs, adding
podcasts, uploading new content).
○ Ensure brand consistency across digital assets.
● Admin & Creative Support
○ Assist with light research related to HR and AI industry trends.
○ Collaborate on email campaigns, media kits, or event/giveaway designs.
○ Suggest creative tweaks to design/branding that appeal to younger audiences.
