We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist to lead strategy for technology and education brands, B2C companies, and fast-growing startups. You’ll turn business goals into clear content plans, guide creative direction, and ensure everything we publish is intentional, on-brand, and built to perform. You’ll collaborate with designers, strategists, and performance teams to bring ideas to life and continuously improve results. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Social Media Strategy & Planning: Lead the development of social media strategies, content plans, and calendars, ensuring all content aligns with client goals, brand positioning, and growth opportunities.
- Creative Briefing & Content Direction: Create clear, strategic briefs and guide designers through content development, ensuring every asset is intentional, on-brand, and built to perform.
- Client Partnership & Communication: Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their business objectives, presenting recommendations, and guiding their social media direction.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance, deliver insightful reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations to continuously improve results.
- Proactive Strategy & Innovation: Identify opportunities to test new ideas, improve performance, and evolve the brand’s social media presence over time.
This Job is for You if:
- 💼 You have 2-3 years of experience developing and executing social media strategies for brands, ideally within an agency, startup, or fast-paced environment.
- 🗓 You can translate business goals into clear social media strategies, content plans, and calendars.
- ✍️ You have strong writing skills and can craft engaging, on-brand copy across platforms.
- 💻 You have hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, including publishing and performance analysis, and are familiar with tools like Sprout, Metricool, or Hootsuite.
- 📊 You have a strong understanding of best practices across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit and YouTube, and are comfortable using performance data to improve results.
- 🧠 You’re interested in learning and applying AI tools and automation to improve marketing workflows.
- ✨ You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- 🗣 You speak and write fluent English (C1+).
Bonus Points if You:
- You’ve worked in an agency environment and are comfortable managing multiple clients at once.
- You have experience supporting paid social campaigns or working alongside performance marketing teams.
- You have experience participating in creative ideation, campaign development, or content shoots.
- Have supported email campaigns before.
- You have basic experience with video content planning, editing, or short-form content trends.
- Speak Spanish and or basic French (not required, but a plus!)
