The Senior Analyst of Brand Support is a strategic and executional with elevated ownership over brand marketing communications projects and local marketing creative/strategic execution. This role serves as a bridge between the Manager’s strategic vision and restaurant-level deployment.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage brand marketing communications requests, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, document decisions, and analyze performance to inform future initiatives.
  • Manage creative development of brand assets for internal initiatives and special projects while ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Execute local marketing creative and adapt brand strategies into actionable, localized toolkits for restaurants.
  • Optimize the Burger King local solutions program and marketing tools by identifying UX friction points, maintaining creative archives, and piloting test-and-learn enhancements to increase adoption.
  • Manage uniforms from development through deployment, support uniform mandates tied to restaurant initiatives, and track exception requests to ensure timely resolution and documentation.
  • Lead creative development and execution for physical and digital gift cards, manage vendors, and analyze performance to drive program growth.
  • Manage swag strategy including inventory planning, seasonal refreshes, vendor coordination, and custom requests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field and/or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years previous experience
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational and project management skills
  • Good time management and critical thinking skills, skilled in solving problems and making decisions
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and motivate others
  • Agency / Vendor management experience a plus
