Title: Brand Marketing Manager

Location: Encino, CA (On-Site)

Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week on-site

Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000/yr w2 + Comprehensive Employee Benefits Package (Please Note: Starting base pay amount is based on the extent of position-relevant experience)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager who blends strategy with creativity, someone who can craft compelling content, champion the TRH brand, and drive measurable engagement across every platform. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where ideas turn into action and great stories turn into growth.
 

 Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:

  • Plan, create, and execute engaging multi-platform content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and Threads that bring TRH’s mission and services to life.
  • Manage a consistent posting calendar that aligns with brand initiatives, campaigns, and key milestones, using data and creativity to guide what resonates most with our audience.
  • Create and edit compelling copy, visuals, and videos that highlight client success stories, team culture, and industry expertise.
  • Engage authentically with our community, responding to comments, messages, and tags to build trust, loyalty, and a sense of connection.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations that inform future strategy and demonstrate ROI.

2. Brand Management & Strategy:

  • Serve as the voice and guardian of the TRH brand, ensuring consistency across all digital and physical channels, from social posts and presentations to internal communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Sales, and Client Services to develop unified campaigns that elevate our brand both internally and externally.
  • Refine and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring our message, visuals, and tone reflect who we are and what we stand for.
  • Lead creative campaigns that celebrate our people, culture, clients, and community impact, from brand awareness initiatives to special projects and events.
  • Oversee partnerships with designers, videographers, and creative agencies to ensure deliverables align with TRH’s brand standards and marketing goals.
  • Stay ahead of trends by researching emerging platforms, content types, and best practices that can help TRH continue leading in our space.
  • Measure brand impact through analytics and audience sentiment, using data to continually improve storytelling and brand reach.

3. Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with leadership to develop brand messaging that supports business goals and upcoming service initiatives.
  • Partner with HR to create employer branding content that highlights our fun, inclusive, and family-oriented workplace culture.
  • Support internal marketing projects (newsletters, branded materials, and company updates) to ensure alignment across every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure our content and campaigns are not only creative but also strategic, measurable, and impactful.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of proven experience in social media management, brand marketing, or digital content strategy, ideally in a service-based or professional industry.
  • Demonstrated success creating, managing, and growing social media channels through creative storytelling and analytics-driven strategy.
  • Strong understanding of multi-platform content creation, community engagement, and social analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar) and social media management platforms (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with a keen eye for design, tone, and narrative.
  • Experience maintaining or developing brand identity systems and style guides.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and using storytelling to make a genuine impact.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Experience running paid social campaigns and monitoring ad performance.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or influencer collaborations.
  • Background in managing brand partnerships, sponsorships, or rebranding projects.
