We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Keller Executive Search. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies that position Keller as the premier executive search firm in the market. You will drive brand awareness, enhance our market presence, and create compelling narratives that resonate with both high-level executives and client organisations across various industries.

Duties & Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies that align with business objectives and market positioning
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation
  • Create and manage brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all touchpoints

Marketing Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Develop compelling content strategies that showcase our expertise in executive search and talent acquisition
  • Manage social media presence and engagement strategies across LinkedIn, industry publications, and relevant platforms
  • Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, case studies, and thought leadership content

Client & Candidate Engagement

  • Develop marketing strategies to attract and engage C-level executives and senior management candidates
  • Create targeted campaigns for client acquisition and retention in key industry sectors
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop sector-specific marketing approaches and materials
  • Manage client communication strategies and enhance our reputation as trusted advisors

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Oversee website management, SEO/SEM strategies, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Implement and manage marketing automation systems and CRM integration
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics and ROI
  • Utilise data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business development goals
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand market trends and candidate preferences
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and industry partners as needed
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Desired Experience & Qualification

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services, recruitment, or B2B industries
  • Proven track record in brand management and marketing campaign execution
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and marketing automation tools

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, Google Analytics, and CRM systems
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Knowledge of executive search or professional services industry preferred
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in marketing software including HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and professional networking platforms
