You’ll drive the creative strategy behind how we grow — building awareness, cultivating brand loyalty, and turning Kava Culture into a household name in the non-alcoholic social scene.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


National Brand Strategy & Expansion


  • Develop and execute a national brand growth strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and identity across all markets.
  • Build scalable marketing playbooks and campaigns that can be adapted across corporate and franchise locations nationwide.
  • Create strategic marketing initiatives to support new market entries, Grand Openings, and regional launches.
  • Collaborate with Franchise Development and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with company expansion goals.


Brand Identity and Content Leadership


  • Own and evolve the Kava Culture brand voice, ensuring it remains vibrant, relevant, and recognizable nationwide.
  • Create (or lead the creation of) core brand assets — digital content, bar signage, print materials, event toolkits, loyalty programs, and national campaigns.
  • Oversee development of scalable assets that franchisees and corporate bars can deploy to localize the brand while maintaining consistency.


National and Local Campaign Execution


  • Strategize and execute brand campaigns that drive national buzz — and adapt into local market activations.
  • Launch seasonal promotions, influencer collaborations, and experiential marketing initiatives that grow brand reach.
  • Monitor campaign performance across regions and make strategic adjustments to drive maximum brand impact.


Social Media Growth — National Presence


  • Develop a content strategy that strengthens national awareness, drives local engagement, and supports overall brand storytelling.
  • Oversee social media channels and partnerships, growing both follower count and engagement across all markets.
  • Cultivate user-generated content (UGC) and community voices to deepen authenticity and loyalty.


Cross-Departmental Collaboration


  • Partner closely with Franchise Development, Sales, Training, and Operations to align brand strategy with business objectives.
  • Develop marketing support toolkits for franchisees to effectively market their locations while reinforcing the national brand.
  • Act as the marketing team liaison in leadership meetings, representing marketing goals, results, and needs.


Innovation and Brand Evolution


  • Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural shifts, and consumer behaviors to keep Kava Culture relevant and pioneering.
  • Experiment with new ideas — creative content formats, loyalty initiatives, partnership strategies — that amplify brand exposure.
