We are seeking a Director of Brand Marketing for The Freeman Company parent company, responsible for shaping and elevating the parent company’s brand presence, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across channels. This leader oversees brand strategy as well as the development and nurturing of The Freeman Company identity designed to build awareness, strengthen reputation, and drive growth. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and institutional knowledge of The Freeman Company portfolio of brands, with effective cross-functional partnership with digital/social, communications, marketing and sales teams to deliver cohesive and high impact results. This role serves as a key member of the Marketing leadership team, and is the primary liaison TFC portfolio brands’ marketing teams.
This position will support our Marketing team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.
