About your role: In this role, you will combine creativity and analytics from working with top-tier influencers in LATAM to negotiating international partnerships across Tier-1 markets. You will have access to modern tools like Tableau, Appsflyer, and AI-powered solutions, while collaborating daily with UAM, product, design, and growth experts. In this role, you will

    • Search and select influencers based on key parameters (reach, geography, topic, appearance, gender, language, style, etc)
    • Communicate with influencers regarding native advertising: placing orders, explaining briefs, providing feedback on content
    • Organize tracking processes and analyze lead generation results
    • Manage legal documentation for content rights: contracts, transfer agreements, usage rights
    • Control and plan payments to UGC creators/agents, maintain expense records, work within the monthly budget
    • Closely collaborate with creative, growth, and UAM teams to ensure relevant and high-performing content
    • Manage social media accounts in Meta and TikTok to strengthen lead generation and attract streamers and agencies

It’s all about you

    • 6–9 months of experience in performance marketing with a focus on mobile apps or web-to-app projects
    • KPI-driven mindset: confident with metrics such as CPI, CPA, CTR, ROI, and optimizing toward targets
    • Collaboration with designers: ability to create detailed briefs and ensure effective creative production, with a focus on SMM content for streamer/agent involvement
    • Competitor and market research skills, leveraging insights for strategic decision
    • Project management: able to handle a high workload, tight deadlines, and multiple projects (e.g., finalizing 10–20 cooperations per week)
    • English: B2 or higher for international teamwork and communication with agents and models
    • Spanish: B2 or higher for confident communication with LATAM agents and models
    • Strong ownership mindset: can prioritize, self-organize, and make decisions within your area of responsibility
    • Proactive and motivated: open about improvement areas, not only pointing out problems but proposing and implementing solutions
    • Fast learner, curious, and ready to grow

      • Would be a plus
    • User Acquisition background or understanding of UAM processes and strategies
    • Experience with mobile apps and knowledge of web-to-app/web-to-web conversion strategies and tools
